Awake in the Wild Morning Meditation Week

Morning meditation can help us to wake up and begin the day on the right foot, feeling more centered, focused, and uplifted, and the natural world can inspire our practice. Whether you are a nature lover with no meditation experience or have a meditation practice and are looking to stay connected, you are warmly invited to join us. Tune in from any peaceful environment with an internet connection, and ideally with a view of the outdoors. I will be guiding the meditation each morning, April 17 - 21, 2023. Donations welcomed.
