Mt. Pisgah - Mindful Meandering
Join us for this month’s Mindful Meandering at Mt. Pisgah Arboretum on Sunday, Sept. 29, 2024, 9:00 - 1:00. Enjoy silent walks, guided meditations, nature poetry, and a sprinkling of rich conversation in 3-4 different habitats. Bring a snack and whatever else you’d like to be comfortable. Registration is recommended.
