Register for a single class or the popular 7-week series available in person and online. Julia’s Alignment Yoga classes focus on healthy alignment and range of motion as well as research techniques shown to maintain and improve bone density. The series runs December 16, 2024 - Feb. 12, 2025 (no classes between Dec 23 - Jan 2)

January Bird Walk
Join Mieko Aoki and Julia Siporin for another monthly bird walk at Mt. Pisgah Arboretum intended for people with all levels of birding experience. We’ll use vocalizations, habitat, and behavior clues for identification of our year-round and winter residents. At this time of year, we are saying farewell to many bird friends who are heading out on their annual migration while welcoming others back to wnte with us.
Limited to 18 attendees. Pre-registration recommended.

NEW 7-week Mindful Movement Series
This 7-week gentle yoga series is offered in-person as well as live-streamed via Zoom on Mondays and Wednesdays starting April 1 - May 15, 2024 from. 5:15 - 6:15pm. Pacific time. We will focus on strength, flexibility, bone-building techniques, balance, agility, and mindful embodied awareness. Register in the store

Bird Walk at Mt. Pisgah
Come enjoy a morning watching and listening to birds at Mt. Pisgah. Julia Siporin and Mieko Aoki will guide you through a gentle walk along the river trails. Winter Walks start at 9:00am (Nov - Feb.)

Based on the principles of Alignment Yoga, Yoga for Healthy Bones, and Yoga for Healthy Aging, this class will help you feel grounded, aligned and strong with a healthy range of motion, agile, and resilient. AARP Awake in the Wild
Nature-based mindfulness meditation practices can help attune your senses to the simple delights and serenity of the natural world. This class, for everybody - not just AARP members, will teach you various sensory awareness practices and offer guided mindfulness-based meditations. FREE. You must register for each class.
