This class, offered to EVERYBODY - not just AARP members - will teach you various sensory awareness practices and offer guided mindfulness-based meditations.While these meditations are best experienced outdoors, practicing them near a window with a view of nature or even some houseplants is fine too!
You will need to register separately for each class you are interested in attending. You will be emailed a link to join the class via Zoom prior to the event.
