This 6-week series will be a deeper dive into nature-based mindfulness. This course has been developed by Mark Coleman, founder of Awake in the Wild of which I am a certified teacher of his. I hope to have this open for registration soon. I expect it will be held on Sundays from August 24 - October 5 (no class on Sept. 14 as that is my bird walk day at Mt. Pisgah. I plan to offer this on a sliding scale of $30 / $45 / $60. Check back by June for registration details.
Whether you are new to meditation or a long-time meditator, these guided nature-based Awake in the Wild meditations are sure to nourish your heart, mind, and body, and reconnect you to the Natural world of which you are intimately connected. Julia will be teaching the Awake in the Wild Daily Sits from Aug. 25 - 29, 2025 from 7:30 - 8:15AM Pacific Time. . These guided meditations are available online Mondays - Fridays on a donation basis. While sitting or walking outdoors is optimal, it’s fine to be near a window indoors.
