Gentle Yoga 7-Wk Series

This 7-week gentle yoga series is offered in-person as well as live-streamed via Zoom on Mondays and Wednesdays January 2 - February 15, 2023 from. 5:15 - 6:15pm.    We will focus on strength, flexibility, bone-building techniques, balance, agility, and mindful embodied awareness.  

This class is appropriate for those who have some familiarity with yoga, although those who are new to the practice are welcome. I might suggest a private session ahead of time - especially if you plan to attend via Zoom so I can better understand your individual needs.  We practice on the floor as well as many standing poses.  While poses can be adapted to a chair, this class is for those who can get up and down from the floor.
