Awake in the Wild Morning Meditation Week

This week’s theme: Winter invites us to slow down and connect to her quiet.   However, many of us are blinded by culture-driven rhythms and have lost sight of why our ancestors adapted to Earth’s tempo.    During this last week of 2022, we will use our senses to slow down and orient towards stillness.  Perhaps by week’s end, we will gain some insight how we might live in greater harmony with Earth as we come into a new revolution around the sun.

ABOUT these Awake in the Wild Meditations: Meditation can help us to wake up and begin the day on the right foot, feeling more centered, focused, and uplifted. The natural world can inspire our practice. Whether you are a nature lover with no meditation experience, or you have a meditation practice and are looking to stay connected, you are warmly invited to join us. Tune in from any peaceful environment with an internet connection and a view of the outdoors. If you can be outside, that’s optimal. I will be guiding the meditation each morning, December 26 - 30, 2022 from 7:30 - 8:15 am (Pacific Time). Various AITW teachers, including AITW’s founder, Mark Coleman, lead on other weeks. Donations are welcomed.

Join us via Zoom on the Awake in the Wild website.
